Seaside Hawaiian Hostel - Make Your Stay Affordable & Memorable!

Welcome travelers! Finding a place to stay on a budget in Waikiki is tough – we’re here to help. Seaside Hawaiian Hostel is a relaxed, family operated hostel in the middle of Waikiki with a great vibe. 

Take a step outside and you’ll find yourself mere minutes away from nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the world famous Waikiki Beach!

When you’re itching to get out of the city and see what the rest of this beautiful island has to offer, we are conveniently located a stone’s throw away from the main bus route. When it’s time to continue on to more adventures, you can take advantage of the direct airport shuttle service.

Check in starts at noon, however guests are welcome to arrive anytime between 8 A.M. until midnight while reception is open. Should you arrive before the check in time, you may leave your luggage in our storage locker for free all day. Check out is at 11 A.M. sharp! If you have a late flight and want to make the best of your day, we also offer a free shower and free luggage storage even after check out.

During your stay, we provide free linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. We also offer laundry serving (both washing and drying) for a low fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to host guests who are under the age of 18 – no exceptions.

Our Hostel
The bustling environment of Waikiki can  become overwhelming, which is why we aim to provide the best possible retreat to unwind from your daily activities. Our spacious courtyard makes it easy to socialize with fellow travelers, or plan the rest of your trip.

We know how important it is to stay on budget, and cooking your own meals is a great way to cut back on cash. Our modern kitchen is equipped with everything you may need – pots, pans, a stove, an oven, cutlery, and even basic seasoning! Should there be leftovers, they can be stored in one of our two fridges available for your use.

As the time comes to wind down and rest up for the next day, there are a variety of options available upon booking – we offer eight dorm rooms with rooms ranging from four to six beds, two of which are female only. If you prefer more seclusion, you’re welcome to stay in one of our semi-private options. For your security, all of our dorms and semi-private rooms contain storage lockers that can be locked with your own device. Keep in mind that all of our dorms, including private rooms, have use of a shared bathroom.

You’ll never have to worry about a good night’s sleep with a 10 P.M. quiet time in the dorms, and an 11 P.M. quiet time enforced throughout the rest of the hostel.

To start the day right, we offer breakfast from 8 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. with free toast, jam, coffee, and tea, as well as muffins, eggs, and oatmeal available for purchase at a low cost.
